Chapter II

        Proven Profit Procedures

1.        Every Incoming Caller must give their name and phone number to reception.

2.        Every Club must have a restricted Guest Policy.

3.        Every Guest must sign in; and be greeted by a Membership Advisor.

4.        Every Guest must be sent a hand written thank you the day of their visit.

5.        Every Guest must receive a Thank You Call, three days after their initial visit.

6.        Every Guest is logged into the Guest Control Log, on the day.

7.        Every NEW Member must receive a hand written thank note you the day they join.

8.        Every NEW Member must receive a Thank You Call, three days after they join.

9.        Every Member is given a Promote-A-Call every month.

10.       Every NEW Member must be given an opportunity to become Preferred.

11.       Every Membership Advisor must complete a Daily Worksheet – daily

12.       Every Membership Advisor must complete thirty telephone contacts – daily.

13.      Every Membership Advisor is scheduled for one hour of Outreach – daily.

14.       Every Membership Advisor reviews the Telephone Enquiry Log, Guest Control Log and Daily Worksheet; with the Manager – daily, to create the    Manager’s Report.
